Mwasalat, a member of Asyad Group, has announced that Mwasalat Training Institute reached new levels of excellence and recognition by obtaining the prestigious City and Guilds international accreditation, adding it to the IVV and Diamond accreditations. This proficient training institution has quickly become a leading regional training center offering various training courses on public transportation processes and operations.

Mwasalat’s Acting CEO explained that the training institute has been delivering numerous specialized training programs since its establishment in 2019, bringing in experienced trainers of the highest caliber to build the competencies of Mwasalat employees and introduce international best practices in transport and safety. The institute’s training programs not only cover operational capacity building, but extend to contingency planning and technical support. On the operational side, it conducts training programs for new drivers and various courses on preventative driving, customer service, emergency response and evacuation. Meanwhile, Mwasalat hones the skills of technicians and support employees by providing them with training courses on regular maintenance, repairs and tackling challenges to improve customer and operator comfort and safety.
