Oman Post, a member of ASYAD Group, recently signed a collaboration agreement with Oman Investment & Finance Co. (Khedmah), to open service touchpoints at Khedmah locations across the Sultanate. The partnership will provide customers with a one-stop shop for customers looking to avail of Oman Post’ wide range of postal or logistics services, alongside Khedmah’s other services.

“The partnership with khedmah is a continuation of our approach of putting customers first ensuring our proximity to them by focusing on our branch and touchpoint network, while collaborating with our partners across the Sultanate. We have embarked on a journey that involves working closely with the private sector, expansion of our retail and operational network, improved customer experience and new digital capabilities, while meeting the industry’s evolving requirements with the recently opened state-of-the-art fulfilment center. We are confident all of these steps combined will add value to our customers, while unlock Oman Post’ potential.”
