OMAN POST OFFERS CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE AND BUSINESS VALUE

Oman Post, a member of ASYAD Group, recently signed a collaboration agreement with Oman Investment & Finance Co. (Khedmah), to open service touchpoints at Khedmah locations across the Sultanate. The partnership will provide customers with a one-stop shop for customers looking to avail of Oman Post’ wide range of postal or logistics services, alongside Khedmah’s other services.

Abdullah Al Hatali, General Manager, Corporate Support of Oman Post, said,

“The partnership with khedmah is a continuation of our approach of putting customers first ensuring our proximity to them by focusing on our branch and touchpoint network, while collaborating with our partners across the Sultanate. We have embarked on a journey that involves working closely with the private sector, expansion of our retail and operational network, improved customer experience and new digital capabilities, while meeting the industry’s evolving requirements with the recently opened state-of-the-art fulfilment center. We are confident all of these steps combined will add value to our customers, while unlock Oman Post’ potential.”

Saud Al Siyabi, Chief Operating Officer  of Oman Investment & Finance Co. (OIFC) commented,

“Our reach and technological prowess are key components of our vision to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations. The partnership with Oman Post feeds into our strategy to provide our customers with convenient and innovative services that keep pace with the ongoing efforts of the government to transform the Sultanate into a global logistics hub.”

With this latest partnership, Oman Post continues to expand its retail presence and provide tailored postal and logistics services for its growing customer base. Select extended services will be available to customers beyond working hours at the new Oman Post service points at Khedmah. While paying their utility bills, customers can now subscribe and renew their PO Box subscriptions. They can also send shipments internationally using the wide range of Oman Post outbound services, including Express Mail Service (EMS) and ASYAD Express International (AEx). For customers looking to send parcels or shipments within Oman, they can utilize either the Premium Parcel service, offering same-day delivery from and to select locations across the Sultanate or the Rapid Parcel service, providing early delivery in certain locations across Muscat Governorate.
