An invaluable service for e-commerce merchants. ASYAD Express will collect payment on delivery of the shipment and remit the payment directly back to the vendor. If your customer refuses to pay, we can return the shipment to you.

Return and Insurance
Insurance / Enhanced Protection
The ASYAD Express Insurance / Enhanced Protection service will cover your shipment in the unlikely event of any damage or loss.
Parcel Returns
Should a customer refuse to accept delivery or pay the COD charges, or if for any reason we are unable to deliver, the parcel can be returned directly to you.
